The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a great area, close to Parque Lleras, Guatape and Medellín Poblado área, and the park. The room was big size, it included climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television. It faced street. The location was stunning, the staff was helpful. I went to nearby Toscano and tried their local food.

The location was magnificent, steps away from Via Primavera. The staff was professional providing the information. Loved our room, it was big and outstanding.

We had a great romantic escape at this charming place. The finishes were wonderful: shiny metal appliances, hardwood floors, and elegant counters. the location was ideal for our leisure needs. We were just a few steps away from the city's best restaurants and bars. Finally, the 24-hour door security made us feel very safe.

The room wasn't perfectly clean and the towels were dirty. The air conditioning was quite loud and stopped working properly one night, but the janitor tried his best to fix it.

The finishes in the loft were great, with stainless steel appliances. The location was convenient because it was close to the nightlife area. , the safety measures were impressive, with a door person present around the clock.

The small waste baskets are a problem, making it difficult to dispose of trash in the common area. the staff was dishonest and completely unprofessional.

The hotel is well situated near a variety of amenities and attractions. Guests enjoyed the location as it was easy to get around the city and explore the nearby cafes and bars. Rooms are spacious with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The showers offer a relaxing experience with hot water available immediately. Staff were helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the day.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The AC was great, and the powerful shower had a large rainfall shower head that was so relaxing. We slept very well in this quiet place. We also appreciated the location of the hotel, which was close to different modes of transportation and parking. Additionally, the hotel facilities were amazing, including a maxi bar and kitchenette, which were fully loaded and well-stocked, respectively.

I had an exceptional stay at Provenza Lofts! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a powerful AC and a wonderful shower. The minibar was fully stocked and the kitchenette added convenience. The hotel reception was lovely and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was also nice and dark, perfect for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and amenities.
